Impossible to contact anyone from Whop!
After joining WHOP, I joined a Discord group through them that should have been free for 7 days. I was unable to cancel the payment after a week, although I had made several attempts to cancel through the WHOP app.
Because of this, I had to open a payment dispute with my bank to get a refund for something I should never have been charged. WHOP then sent me an email saying that they had suspended my account and that I should send them proof that I had canceled the payment dispute. It's impossible to do this if I can't open WHOP because I'm suspended, and it's impossible to contact them any other way. I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service.
They should have supported me, not suspended me! I would really appreciate someone contacting me to rectify this problem!
Preferred solution: I request to be unsuspended or for someone to contact me to amend the situation

I was scammed into joining y'all's company for $950 I have not received any equipment or anything concerning y'all's company I also talked with a lady named Patricia and a gentleman named David .
What has happened is y'all scammed me out of $950 I would like my money back because I have not joined your company I have none of your products I do not have anything that belongs to whop I have tried to contact in many ways every time I try I do not get a phone number I cannot get an email or anything pertaining to y'all's company I have called the FBI I've called my attorney general to help me solve this matter I was told that this was a problem with Amazon I got a text after text after text telling me that Amazon was taking money out of my account when I called the number that y'all provided it was customer service and I did not know who y'all were never said your name or anything about your company so y'all have done something to my phone I had to buy a new phone you locked me out you said that my account is suspended I don't have an account with y'all I have nothing I would like my $950 back because y'all got it from me fraudulently and misleading so I do not know what else I'm going to do to get ahold of this company every time I call y'all say there's nothing on me in y'all's company sure there's not because y'all just took my money and said the *** with me so let's see who's man enough to either call me or send me an email about this manner.!!!

Fraudulent Charging w/No Refunds
This company is a scammer; they control other platform creators' GUIs, and they are judge, jury, and executioner! They handle all refunds as a 'review,' and even when the facts side with the customer, they claim they found in favor of the 'company.' But of course, because they side with whom is paying to use their platform, if they refunded you, then they would have to go after the creators (company) to get their money back, and then the creators will cancel and move on to another platform.
So since they do it like this, they basically leave you to go after the creators! Their CS is a joke too; they have reps that have no control and basically are there to help guide you within their platform, but when it comes to customer issues, they're useless as a screen door on a sub!

I need a refund for my 29.00 I didn't give consent to take my money off my card. I need my money because that's all I had up there and I don't have no more money.
My baby need stuff like pull ups and they took my money. If they refund my money that will be good but with a extra credit will be perfect

I had purchased a course, which, after looking at the available content, I realized that I had been essentially scammed due to the lack of actual information. For one, the person who sold me the course did not tell me that the $4,000 I spent on it would only give me access to a mentor for two months, which is completely ridiculous.
They are making me pay such a crazy amount of money just for access to a Discord that has some other people who are not able to provide any valuable information.
The videos that he has on the Whop course are all available on YouTube. All in all, I am very frustrated by this, and I would like my money back.

I canceled a trial subscription in August 2024. I have an email From Whop confirming it.
i Found out 9 months later, they were still charging my card. I let them know that was the case they sided with the company meaning no refund. I then canceled again on their site and the very month they charged me again.
I called my credit card company they are refunding months of payments. I am gong to small claims court for the rest and will sue for punitive damanges and fraud.
Let me tell you something. That is stealing and you have stolen from the wrong guy.
I want to know how you could keep allowing that *** to chargee me after i cancel the trial membership
and how you could side with him after i showed you sthe *** email saying i had canceled last year.
i want every dime refunded. or i will take you firm to court and seek damages.

This is a fraudulent scam that they done to me.
What has happened is they took my money, misled me; it's fraudulent, and I would not recommend this company. All I would like to do is get my $950 back from this company.
I have nothing from them. It says something about real estate LLC electronic things.
I barely know how to use a phone, much less any other electronic products. Please help me get my $950 back from this company.

Reimbursement
To whom this may concern:
Whop was taking five dollars from my account every three days since October of 2024 through May of 2025. There were no terms of agreement for theses transactions. I would like a full refund of all funds.

Refund
I signed up yesterday for Sniper Trades for a monthly subscription. After looking over their platform, it is not for me.
I contacted them, and they said they would cancel my renewal.
However, I'm not sure they are planning to refund my $120 that I paid last evening. Since they do their business through you, I would hope you can help resolve this and get my refund back.
User's recommendation: Whop, I would recommend (so far). Sniper Trades; I can't use them. It's like a foreign language. For someone else, it might be just fine.

This company has some bot which allows it to continue to take money from your account without the card information used initially. It's been taking increments of five dollars twice a week since 10.24.

Horrible Customer Service
They don’t care at all about the negative review. They have not tried to reach out to me at all. Avoid this company if possible.
I may not have a choice, but if I did have a choice, then I would not use Whop again.
My review was written and approved, but then after being up for a few days all of a sudden it was taken down after the business complained. They said write the review again, but did not tell me why mine was taken down, so I wrote it again. Once again they took the review down when the business complained and that happened a third time. The fourth time I wrote the review I mentioned the antisemitic joke and, yes, that too was approved.
After a few days that was taken down. This company is not an ethical company, but unfortunately, a lot of people wanting to learn to trade have to go through Whop. They kept telling me they understood my frustration, etc. It seems to me that someone from that Discord group is related to someone at Whop, Whop may accept payments from businesses, or they believe like the business does.
I dont know because I dont trust them at all. Why would Whop approve my reviews, then tell me they violated Whops rules? Does not make sense. Pray you dont have to leave a one star review for a company.
After five years of being in business they have an F at the BBB. I have filed a complaint, but noticed they have not answered all complaints. A good, honest review company should let the business and consumer discuss it, like how the BBB does it. The only time the review company should get involved are when serious situations like one side threatening the other side physically, etc.
Horrible review site and customer service.
I even put up a five star review for a company and they denied that until 2 weeks later when I complained about the fourth review taken down. If anyone knows how to find out the address of a business please comment below as I am not able to find the address of the company that made the antisemitic joke, so I would be able to take them to the BBB too.
